The Union body voted overwhelmingly on Thursday, July 16th, to adopt an updated Constitution (bylaws). This is yet another monumental step forward for our organization and our members!

The COAD Executive Board would like to thank all of those who were involved in the process of writing this Constitution. It was a long and arduous process and required many hours to finish. Thank you to all who were involved!!
